We are planning our Annual Membership Meeting and would like you to sign up as soon as possible to allow for room sizing and food orders by November 4th
The purpose of this meeting is the review of 2025/2026, the election of officers & a vote on by-laws revisions unless we will do the votes electronically ahead of the physical meeting .
This meeting is for all members (Consuls, Associate and Affiliate Members).

- Member’s Discussion
Voting Quorum: Voting Consul Members including Consul Emeritus shall be entitled to one (1) vote. Fifteen (15) voting Consul Members shall constitute a quorum. All business at any meeting at which a quorum is present shall be decided by a majority vote of the voting Consul Members present, except in the case of amendments to the By-Laws which requires ⅔ of voting Consul Members.
